Quality Management System
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Applies IATF 16949 standard requirements using Fault Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for detecting process faults, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) for verification, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for statistical verification.
Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Comprehensive files include flow charts, FMEA, MSA, SPC, quality plans, control forms, design records, material analysis/test results, customer complaints documentation, calibration records, traceability, rework data, and PPM costs.

Customer Complaints Handling
Complaints received via email are recorded in ERP (Canias) system, investigated for root causes, with corrective actions and 8D reports prepared as needed.
Quality Control
Input Control
Purchased materials undergo necessary checks per input quality plans in ERP system. Compliant materials proceed to raw material warehouse; non-compliant items are rejected or conditionally accepted with Non-Conformance Reports sent to suppliers.
Process Control
Production phase controls conducted per quality plans, recorded in control forms. Non-compliant products are reprocessed or scrapped.
Final Control
Completed products undergo final checks recorded in control forms. Compliant products ship; non-conforming items are reprocessed or rejected.
Calibration
Measurement equipment calibrated annually by accredited organizations, tracked via ERP (Canias).
Traceability
ERP (Canias) tracks serial numbers, with process and final control records accessible via work order numbers.
