Serial Production Launched for Our Heat Pump Line

Serial production has started on Solimpeks' new heat pump production line. The units pair carefully selected compressors and optimised heat exchangers with built-in sensors, variable-speed operation, and app-based monitoring — and are designed for installs quick enough to finish in a single day. Next on the roadmap: tighter PVT–heat pump integration, energy storage, and deeper smart-grid integration.

Serial Production Launched for Our Heat Pump Line

Serial production is officially under way for our heat pump line. On our new production line for domestic-hot-water and pool heat pumps, Solimpeks heat pumps are moving into full-scale serial manufacturing — bringing efficient, connected heating and cooling within reach of more homes and projects.

What sets the line apart

The line was engineered around efficiency. Carefully selected compressors and optimised heat exchangers raise energy performance — and with it the real-world COP — while optimised internal flow pathways keep heat transfer reliable in demanding weather. Variable-speed compressors adapt output to the actual heating or cooling demand, which means quieter operation and longer equipment life, and the refrigerant strategy follows the industry's move toward climate-friendly options such as R290.

What serial production changes

Moving from batch assembly to a serial line changes what a factory can promise. Solimpeks heat pumps now flow through standardised stations, each with defined tasks, tooling and quality gates — so every heat pump is built the same way, whichever week it leaves Konya. At the end of the line, finished units go through final control checks before they ship, and the results are recorded in our ERP system against each serial number, giving every heat pump a traceable production record. Just as importantly, a serial line is built to scale — giving us the capacity to meet growing heat pump demand across the export markets Solimpeks already serves in 96+ countries.

Smart from day one

Units carry built-in sensors that continuously monitor temperatures and system status, letting the heat pump adjust itself in real time for comfort and efficiency. Owners get the same visibility through the mobile app on Wi-Fi-enabled series: live operating status, history logs and notifications. That proactive monitoring cuts wasted energy, prevents unnecessary strain on components, and keeps indoor comfort consistent — automatically easing heating overnight or leaning into cooling at peak times.

Built for real homes

Accessibility shaped the design as much as performance did. Modular components, self-diagnostic capabilities and intuitive controls simplify installation and maintenance; factory-sealed monobloc refrigerant circuits and compact form factors mean many setups can be completed in a single day. The line suits new builds and retrofits alike, from apartments to detached houses with very different insulation profiles.

What comes next

Serial production is a milestone, not the finish line. Our R&D roadmap includes closer integration of heat pumps with the hybrid solar collectors we already build — the PVT principle — plus advanced energy storage and smart digital platforms that integrate with smart-grid and IoT infrastructure. On the factory side, we remain committed to eco-friendly manufacturing and waste reduction, supported by environmental standards such as ISO 14001.
